The fastest way to request IT and/or network support from one of our technicians is to send a request to our support queue via email. To do this, simply send an email message to support@artisit.com. This will create an account for you in our self-service technical support web site (if you don’t already have one) and notify our network operation center of your issue. Please be as detailed as possible in regards to the contents of your request. A customer support representative will contact you to obtain further details about the nature of your request and route the request to the appropriate support group.

If you have web access, please point your web browser to http://support.artisit.com. From this web site, you can add new support requests and see requests you’ve made in the past. Additionally, you can view a detailed account of all previous support request resolutions.
